At Sulaimaani, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition. This policy provides you with all the details about how to return or exchange products, eligibility for refunds, and more.
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
Please ensure this item meet your needs before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns on them.
Return Process
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer directly. Instead, follow these steps:

- Package your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you an email notification confirming whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary.
For delayed refunds:
- First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing may take additional time.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@sulaimaani.com.
Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted for the following:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Damaged items or those missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re happy to replace it with the same product. For exchanges, please contact us at support@sulaimaani.com, and send your item to the address provided by our support team.
Gift Returns
If you received an item marked as a gift and need to return it, you will receive store credit once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
For valuable returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost during return shipping.
